Hardware Maintenance and Support
Preventing failures is of prime importance. We offer both single and regular preventive measures concerning the devices that are often the necessary condition for compliance with the guarantee. The service is performed with our tools at the place of installation or, in the case of sensitive devices, it is possible to conduct the maintenance in our certified service center.
In the case of failure we are able to guarantee the starting time of the desired service (according to the agreed level of the service response), and to offer a replacement device for the period of service. For selected devices we offer our own solutions for the guarantee expansion together with guaranteed failure elimination within 24 hours from the time the problem is reported.
